1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.

• Prices listed are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are subject to availability and change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• We accept online payments via secure gateways to ensure your transaction is safe.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the trip start date.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before the trip.

  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the trip.

• Tourland-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the rare event of a cancellation from our side due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Travel Documents and Identification

• All travelers must carry valid identification and necessary travel documents.

• Tourland is not responsible for issues arising due to invalid or missing documents.

4. Responsibility and Liability

• Tourland acts as an intermediary between you and third-party services (transport, hotels, tour guides, etc.).

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party providers.

• We are not responsible for natural disasters, political unrest, or other events outside our control that may impact travel.

5. Travel Safety

• All passengers are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff or partners.

• Tourland reserves the right to remove any traveler who behaves disruptively or endangers others during the trip.

6. Package Inclusions

• Each tour package clearly lists what is included (e.g., transport, accommodation, snacks).

• Any services not explicitly listed are not included and may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Tourland and may not be copied or reused without permission.
